Another utility for the token will be the ability for players to loan & rent items (Skills, weapons & characters etc...).
Loaners will be able to:
Set the price for the item
Set the minimum for the loan (Minimum 1 day)
Set the maximum duration for the loan (Maximum 365 days max)
Both the item (NFTs) and the amount paid will be locked in an escrow until the transaction is ended. 
The token amount will be dispersed to the owner every day. 
If one of the parties cancels the transaction, the item will be sent back to the owner & the remaining token amount to the renter.
The experience and levels gained by the item will persist.
The items & tokens earned by the renter will stay with the renter.
